Aftercare Gift Certificate Program

Knowing the importance of aftercare as it relates to helping your families grieve and building long-term relationships with them, we have developed a flexible program that is easy to administer and allows you to control your expense. You can choose a specific denomination (example $25) and we will provide you with preprinted gift certificates that are either included with their after services package or can be mailed to the family with a gift card by you or us at a predetermined time after the funeral. Only the families that are truly interested in our product will redeem them and thus helps you control your cost by targeting only the families that are interested. The gift certificate directs them to our website upon where they can create their own personalized tile. That not only helps them grieve but also builds tremendous good will because of your generosity. You are then invoiced once per month for only the gift certificates that are redeemed. We also have gift certificates to cover the full cost of a personalized tile. Using this program allows you to do a lot for a family without creating other time consuming administrative tasks.

At Need Program

This simple yet powerful program has a tile sent to the funeral home ready for display at services. Fax your order by 1:00 p.m. (e.s.t.) to insure next day delivery. Having this wonderful gift on display for services leaves a lasting impression on both the family and the community you serve. Unlike the traditional gifts that funeral homes use, Memorial Tiles™ are personalized and remain within the family's home as a permanent reminder of your good will. If preferred, we can ship direct to the family's residence in the days or weeks following services.
