What size tiles do we offer? |
We offer a standard 6x8 gloss tile with endless design possibilities. Our Memorial Tile is finished with a velvet easel back for tabletop or wall mounted display. |
Can your tiles be used outside? |
Not recommended for long periods of time. The nature of our technology is intended for indoor use only. Tiles are heat resistant but may fade over prolonged periods of direct sunlight and heat like most fine art. |
How do I submit a personal photograph, artwork or a verse for the tile? |
Custom tiles may be designed many different ways using personal photographs, poems, a quotation, children's art, etc. You may submit photos in a jpeg file format at 300 d.p.i.. All text must be typed in a Word document and sent as an attachment. The email is sales@memorialtiles.com. All text must be typed and submitted in Word document. We will reset in our standard font and add your personalized information. If you are unable or would prefer to send us originals they will be returned unharmed to you. Our mailing address is P.O. Can I send a tile directly to the funeral home for services in lieu of flowers? |
Orders may ship directly to the funeral home if time permits. All orders take approximately 7-10 days to process so be sure to check the service arrangements . |
I don't know the full name or life dates? |
Consider the gift certificate option. Often the recipient would like to "design their own" tile on line. |
Are there discounts for multiple tiles? |
Unlike high volume printers each tile is produced one at a time with great attention to detail and quality. All our products are priced individually to provide you with quality and value. |
How do I choose the appropriate verse? |
Unless there is a religious preference we would suggest choosing a verse from our Words of Comfort, Verses for Keepsakes and Candles or Family Members. All the verses are categorized for easy selection. If you don't find one that is appropriate you may always submit your own possibly from a prayer card. |
What shipping options are available? |
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service . Delivery confirmation is included at no additional charge. |
How long does it take to receive my order? |
Please allow 7-10 days for the tile products to be produced. |
